EVENT UPDATE: Due to ongoing issues related to COVID-19, Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story, previously scheduled for Friday, November 6, will now be performed as a 3pm matinee on Sunday, September 26, 2021.

Tickets purchased for the previously scheduled event date will be honored on the new date. If you are unable to attend, refunds are available through September 20, 2021. To request a refund, email info@selectaseat.com with your purchase confirmation number or fill out the contact form located at selectaseat.com/contact. Additionally, the Select-A-Seat Box Office at INTRUST Bank Arena is open with limited hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am-2pm. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days back to the original payment method. Please note: to be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased your tickets directly through Select-A-Seat. If you do not request a refund by September 20, 2021, your tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.

Some of the health and safety measures we’re implementing will include:

• Established contactless ticket scanning

• Frequent disinfecting procedures, especially at high touch point areas
