Your Tickets
Purchase tickets ahead of time online through Select-A-Seat, by phone, or the INTRUST Bank Arena box office. Day of the event, you can also purchase tickets at our box office.
Bag Policy
All bags are searched, and backpacks and bags larger than 14×14×6 inches are prohibited. Smaller bags and baby bags are allowed.
Cashless Concessions
Popcorn, candy, and drink concessions are available for purchase with credit cards or mobile pay, not cash.
Seating
Orchestra, mezzanine, and balcony seats are available. Request accessible orchestra seats through Select-A-Seat or at our box office.
Cameras
Most events allow non-professional, non-flash photography, but professional gear, recording devices, and detachable lenses are prohibited.

No, the Orpheum Theatre does not allow outside food and beverage items into the venue during events. Guests will be asked to dispose of unauthorized items or return them to their vehicles before entering the theatre.
The Orpheum Theatre serves basic concession items, including Pepsi products, popcorn and candy. A full-service bar is open at most events. Pizza is served by the slice on movie nights.
