Technical Director
This position will oversee the production and presentation of each show element including but not limited to sound reinforcement, stage lighting, labor, and video presented in the venue during an event. This position is a creative and technical position that will assist in event-based productions, and other related duties, including production points for each event at the Orpheum Theatre. Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours. Must be able to pass a background/credit check. This full-time position offers a complete benefits package.
Box Office and Marketing Manager
Oversees ticket sales for all events and manages all aspects of box office operation for the Orpheum Theatre, with support to Marketing. Directs and oversees the internal control of daily box office operations. Works with event promoter and appropriate personnel to establish ticket pricing and seating configuration as needed. Gather all necessary ticketing setup information from promoters and/or tours and completes ticketing builds. Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours. Must be able to pass a background/credit check. This full-time position offers a complete benefits package.
